Service estimates are provided free of charge. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes you request during the work.

Scheduling and Appointments

We schedule appointments based on availability and weather conditions. We'll do our best to stick to the agreed schedule, but sometimes delays happen due to weather, supply issues, or unforeseen site conditions. We'll keep you informed if any changes to your project timeline are needed.

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. All prices are in US dollars.

If you have concerns about the work before final payment, let us know right away so we can address them. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new sunroom or outdoor structure.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installation services. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products we install. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement.

Warranties don't cover damage from accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your sunroom.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and remove any obstacles that might interfere with the project. We'll take reasonable precautions to protect your property during installation, but you should secure or move any valuable or fragile items near the work area.

For your safety and ours, please keep children and pets away from the work area during installation.

Limitation of Liability

We're committed to doing quality work, but we can't be held responsible for issues beyond our control, like hidden structural problems, underground utilities, or pre-existing damage we didn't cause. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Permits and Approvals

If your project requires building permits, we'll help coordinate the permit process. However, you're ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained and that the work complies with local regulations and any homeowners association requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
